1. Order Inspection Before Payment
All orders are delivered via cash-on-delivery (COD) or secure payment upon receipt.
You have the right to inspect your order in front of the courier before making any payment.
Please check that:
The products match your order, Packaging is intact and undamaged, Items are sealed and in good condition.
If anything is incorrect, damaged, or missing, you may refuse the delivery without any charge.
2. No Returns or Exchanges for Accepted Orders
Once you accept and pay for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference (e.g., scent, texture), or minor cosmetic packaging variations—provided the product is as described, authentic, and undamaged.
3. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
You may request a refund or exchange only if: You received a different product than what you ordered, or The product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number.
4. Return Conditions
Eligible items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of the issue. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method, within 7–14 business days.
